SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
We bring our customers great value and service with Australia-wide fast courier deliveries.
Unfortunately there are some Australian remote locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those postcodes we will contact you. You may also find further details on individual product pages, under the Additional Information section.
Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to reach everybody, and to minimise costs to our customers.
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 Business Days. Shipping & delivery time varies by location and warehouse.

- For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 7 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 10 working days;
- For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 12 working days.
⇒ Orders shipped from overseas warehouses to Australia (Item location – Outside Australia) may require longer delivery time.

SHIPPING – WORLDWIDE
Despite Covid-19 related challenges in international logistics, we’ve restarted selling to overseas customers. Currently the average delivery time is around 4 weeks, however, the pandemic is causing governments to issue various restrictions which are impacting deliveries worldwide.
Apparel and Wall Art products are produced and distributed from the closest location to our customers (in more than 30 locations worldwide), therefore turnaround time is much faster.
A note to our international customers – please make sure that you are only purchasing products that specify Ships to Australia and Worldwide in the Additional Information section, visible on each product page.
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment). We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either. In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you from overseas and may attract custom fees when they arrive.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping and low cost product, tracking may not be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
