FAQ – Frequently asked questions

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Are the products available in Australia or shipped from overseas?

Almost all products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, with the exception of a small number of items that are clearly marked.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, volume and the actual delivery area.
Enter your postcode in the shopping cart (before checkout) to calculate/see shipping.

Is shopping on your site secure?

Yes, absolutely. Your purchase is secured by current industry standards offered by payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal. The secure transactions are processed at their end, we never see or store any credit card details.

Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes you can, with no interest on purchases.
Currently we have several secure options available, Wizpay (rebranded as Wizit), Afterpay, ZIP and PayPal Pay in 4. Select your choice at the checkout. More info here.
